Outline:
- Eid Prayer planning and volunteer’s responsibilities.
Brother Ashraf reminded everybody that he and brother Fuad are two people in charge of organization of Eid. Brother Ashraf is Amir for this event.
Participants of the meeting divided the responsibilities for upcoming Eid:
- Set-up and clean-up – Brother Fuad (Amir), Omar, Mohamed, Osama, Yusuf
- Signage – Fuad and sister Carolina as a point of contact. Brother Fuad Farajallah will help to set them up. WE will need signs – WOMEN, MAN, RESTROOMS, ARROWS SIGNS, NO SHOES and etc.
- Delivery – Brother Gencer
- Mapping of the school – Osama
- Crowd control – hire separate company to control crowd for Magnusion Park. Brother Iqbal will contact police chief to find out about possibility of getting couple police officers. TO CONTROL CROWD WE WILL NEED WALKIE-TALKIE
- Public and media relations – Brothers Aziz and Iqbal. Importance: to deliver the same message
- Clean up for women side – Sister Azizeh, Yuliya, Sumaya, and Fatima.
